I have invented the world I see.
“Today we are continuing to develop the the theme of cause and effect. You are not the victim of the world you see because you invented it.”
This is terrific.
This means that YOU hold the key to change the world.
All this time you’ve been waiting for the government to change the world, when all along … it was you.
These images are thoughts in your mind. You’re the president. You’re in charge. Not them. You.
It doesn’t matter who wins because change doesn’t come from them, it comes from you.
You have invented the world you see.
The reason there is conflict in the world is because there is conflict in your own personal life.
You might as well hear it. People are being killed in the world because of your grievances and judgment in your own personal life. There is war and national debt because you worry about money. There is struggle in the world because you struggle wondering if you will ever meet someone to love you and marry you.
I hope you can see this. There is continual judgment of groups in the world (blacks, Jews, Muslims) because you continue to judge your co-worker, your friend, your husband, wife or children. You think the way you secretly make fun of someone’s appearance (or they way they walk or talk or live their life) isn’t harming anyone … and yet it’s causing a world of destruction.
You are causing all of it.
All those private thoughts you hold of hoping someone fails? It’s murder.
While you decide if someone is good enough, smart enough, worthy enough to participate in your life … the world waits in chains.
This is the reason why we move beyond concepts. There is work to do. Stop trying to figure out how to have a better life for yourself: more money, more fun, more relationships, more love, more, more, more … and simply step into a place of total responsibility for all your thoughts and all your actions.
If someone asks for your help, help them. If someone wants to be a part of your life, invite them in. It’s so simple, it’s ridiculous.
What are you waiting for? Why do you try to decide if someone is good enough? What are you afraid of?
Give up your grievances. Give up your conflict. Stop worrying. Stop judging. Stop attacking. And just love.
Simply be willing to let God work through you.
God knows only one emotion – LOVE – and that should be your only emotion.

Hi, well I thought I would write ,About 2 yrs ago I offered a step study and their was one member that did not want to buy the material, one of the 2 requirements. When I call and said that he had made the decision not to participate, the group consensus was to let him know that his name was coming off the list. He was wild with anger, yelling at me over and over, and all I said was ‘yes I understand that, I am sorry you feel that way.’ He was never coming back to meetings and I said that I was sorry to hear that and he did not return except for once in awhile he would appear and not come for awhile. I was always … trying … to be kind even tho I did not always feel it. Some thing changed today he came across the room with a big smile and hugged me. I thanked him for chairing the meeting as we hugged. There it is, I did nothing on the outside and the whole relationship has healed… thankyou God.I ask that all my relationships be healed.

This is a great lesson. How can I say this with out seeming ungrateful of your wonderful teachings? With all the confusion going on I’d really appreciate if you teach us a course in Miracles together with the bible or is that asking too much? I’d like clarity because Christian Ministries http://contenderministries.org/courseinmiracles/response.php say a Course in Miracles is a Satanic Voice luring us away from the true meaning of the Bible.
Yet the way you say thinking bad about some one else is the same as committing murder – that’s what Jesus also said if you lust after a woman in your mind its as though you’ve already committed the sin. I don’t even have a Bible I have to look all this up on the internet first. But I’ll be sure to get one.
I myself have always known that I have invented the world but I was told that this is a satanic conception that came into the world with me. Because separation is the price we pay for sin according to the “real Christians”. The only way to redemption is through Jesus. The thing is the Bible was written 2000 years ago and since then nobody is allowing any thing new. I’d totally appreciate it.
