Lesson 201

I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

(181) I trust my brothers, who are one with me.

No one but is my brother. I am blessed with oneness with the universe and God, my Father, one Creator of the whole that is my Self, forever One with me.

I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

The Review VI Introduction to these next 20 lessons asks to give 15 minutes in the morning and another 15 minutes in the evening, along with hourly remembrances, and to use the idea as often as you can between them.

Each one of these ideas alone would be sufficient for salvation if it were learned truly. Each would be enough to give release to you and to the world from every form of bondage, and invite the memory of God to come again.

It says that each short review lessons contains the entire curriculum!!!

**If … understood, practiced, accepted, and applied to all the seeming happenings throughout the day.

And that’s the key. One paragraph would be enough. In fact, one sentence would be enough IF … understood, practiced, accepted, and applied to all the seeming happenings throughout the day.

One is enough. But from that one, there must be no exceptions made.

There it is!

The Key!

If you have been struggling with trying to have an experience, or if you are experiencing difficulty with this course, of if miracles are not happening …. Jesus just gave you the key to open the door.

Make no exceptions.

Make no exceptions – trust your brothers who are one with you – and miracles will occur.

Make no exceptions.

All problems and chronic conditions result from accumulation. That’s it. If you have a problem or a sickness, you have accumulated ideas in your mind. They might even be spiritual holy ideas. The practice is to be willing to let go of every idea – even the so-called true ones. You’ll need to change a habit. You might need to change your diet. You might need to change your routine. You’ll need to speed up your energy. How simple! If you are sick, you cannot keep doing what you have been doing. That’s logical. Sickness or problems are an indication that something needs to change. Sickness is not good or bad, it’s just a flashing yellow light to slow down, and look both ways. Be alert. Look at what needs to be changed.

A good practice is the workbook lessons of A Course in Miracles:

1. 15 minutes in the morning
2. 15 minutes at night
3. hourly remembrances
4. and to use these ideas as often as you can between them.

I trust my brothers, who are one with me.
I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

All that is asked for these next 20 lessons is “a deep relinquishment of everything that clutters up the mind, and makes it deaf to reason, sanity, and simple truth.”

Letting go of accumulation.

We attempt, this time, to reach a quickened pace along a shorter path to the serenity and peace of God.

*We close our eyes, and then forget all that we thought we knew and understood.

*We close our eyes, and then forget all that we thought we knew and understood.

*We close our eyes, and then forget all that we thought we knew and understood.

*We close our eyes, and then forget all that we thought we knew and understood.

“There is but one exception to this lack of structure. Permit no idle thought to go unchallenged. If you notice one, deny its hold and hasten to assure your mind that this is not what you would have. Then gently let the thought which you denied be given up, in sure and quick exchange for the idea we practice for the day.”

We give these times of quiet to the Teacher Who instructs in quiet, speaks of peace, and gives our thought whatever meaning they may have.

Wow. What a gift.

says: “To Him I offer this review for you. I place you in His charge, and let Him teach you what to do and say and think, each time you turn to Him. He will not fail to be available to you, each time you call to Him to help you.

Wow. This is great.

We practice day by day, advancing toward the goal He set for us; allowing Him to teach us how to go, and trusting Him completely for the way each practice period can best become a loving gift of freedom to the world.

Amen.
