Okay, a simple practice. Go look in the mirror.

Your reflection is the ONLY ONE you should be concerned about. Your reflection is THE ONLY ONE that matters. What other people are doing is not your concern at all. A warrior is only concerned about himself, and with achieving true mastery over his own mind. There are no other people. There is just you and God.
Focusing on other people is a total waste of time, energy and the power of God.
Just look at yourself.
Ask yourself where YOU are in the journey, be impeccable, and don’t worry about other people. As you take responsibility for your own actions (letting go of judgments, grievances, conflict) those “other people” will automatically transform because there is only your mind.
Just look at yourself.

Lisa, at the risk of sounding redundant, you rock. Sometime in the distant future, someone gazing at the pearly gates will say: ” I’m not sure who the guy with the long beard is, but that’s Lisa Natoli standing next to him “.
I go out in the world knowing this and the idea itself brings me peace and today I know that it works 100%.
This is absolutely true. It has worked for me over and over again. The only time it does NOT work is when I FORGET to do just this. So simple, and why is it so hard to remember to apply it when the situation calls for it? I get myself all wrapped in my own feelings of anger or fear when I’m attacked, when all I have to do is look inside and find that peace that never leaves me, forgive, and then watch the “attacker” settle down. I know. There is someone in my life who loves to attack, and I wonder how much I attack and judge myself that this poor brother has to keep reminding me!
Love to all.
I am the light of the world. That is my only function. That is why I am here.
