Lisa, thankyou for giving me the opportunity to enter in somewhere new. If i am the savior of the world as a teacher of God i would be in a place of abundance not lack. And whatever is missing in any relationship it is UP to Me to give that seeming lack. I am struggling here with this one. Come on Jaymers, you are only teaching yourself. I am only giving to my self. I am one Self, united with my Creator. Lisa is giving me the opportunity to have something new occur here, don’t use my old rascally mind to judge this and come up with another old mind, been there – done that solution. That is not it. Every day on here Lisa you offer me a chance to seek something new that I have never ever had before as an experience and I want to say yes to that… it is scary only to the degree that i am depending on “me” to make it or anything happen. I love what Jesus says, If I am depending on my own strenghth, I have every reason to be afraid.. wow. I feel a wall here and I am saying yes to something brand new anyway. I want co-creation. I want the experience of now boundaries, no space,no time, just hanging with The Creator and doing things with him… I have always had this thing about $ and here is an opportunity to tell the truth about that. There is never enough for me, how could I have enough for any ‘one’ else. There is no one else you dummy! There it is singularity. I have always been looked after by God… and when the topic of $ comes up… I am in the wind. Not any more. There is a healing being offered here. I am in Lisa. I don’t even know what that means but if i don’t Do something different, nothing changes. In the experience I say yes and start and GOD COMES IN with ALL OF THE SOLUTION, the energy, the time, the knowledge, the enthusiasm, the excitement, the commitment , a complete change of mind. wow yep that’s it.

Today/ this Weekend
there are many things I can do in order to take
Personal RESPONSIBILITY for what has been Freely given.
I am choosing to go without ONE LESS coffee at Starbucks.
I am choosing to rent ONE LESS DVD to watch this weekend.
I am choosing to purchase ONE LESS book at the bookstore.
I am choosing to save all spare change I will get
when paying for things while I am out playing.

Lisa, I just wanted to say Thank You for sharing yourself and shining the Light for all of us. I have recently started (again) with the Course, and I’ve been listening to your podcast for the daily lessons. Extremely helpful! Today I was on lesson 18, which didn’t make too much sense to me, so I turned on your podcast, which shined some wonderful light, not only on the lesson itself, but on some other things going on inside me. Then I started to feel gratitude to you… and an inner urging said, “go to the Gorgeous for God site…” And here I see your request for financial support, which you left only yesterday. Tears came to my eyes as I saw the inspiration of Holy Spirit in action. So, my donation is on its way….. Thanks again for doing what you do!!!

WAKE UP CALL

There are so many readers such as myself who come to this blog each and everyday knowing that without question Lisa is always here for us.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS.
NO EXCEPTIONS, EVER.

The Course says we are all in this TOGETHER,
It says we Walk Side By Side
and it says We are NEVER ALONE.

Lisa has told each one of us that she will take us with her,
she will hold our hand upon the journey.

It is now time for each and everyone of us to extend our arms
out so as to hold Lisa’s hand during this part of her journey.

I do not know about the rest of you guys but I for one do not want to know what it is going to be like when the lights get shut off.

If each one of us extends a Love Offering in the amount one is able to afford
on a regularly, consistent basis I can assure you the flood gates of God’s Blessings will open wide blessing each and everyone of us.

It’s the law of the Universe it can be no other way.

Thank you Evan. I absolutely hate having to ask for help.

Miri – for a long time I believed what you wrote … that God would support me as I did His work, but now I see it doesn’t work that way. God doesn’t know about money. I’m doing His Work for the joy of it, for the thrill of it, for the total necessity that I feel to extend myself to others, to be helpful, to teach Jesus’ message and not because I think it will support me financially. I do it for the love of it, and that’s why everything is free on this site.

But I currently find myself in a position where I may seriously have to close shop, to close the doors on this site … and so I am asking for help. It doesn’t have to be a lot – like throwing a few dollars in the Sunday offering at church every week.

It’s my conviction that anyone who enjoys this blog regularly needs to pony up some support for it–and not just abstract or ideological support. The “DONATE” button is for money, plain & simple. So to all Friends of Lisa & Friends of Gorgeous for God: our Lisa has said “I need your help.” So what are you going to do? What choice do you have? If you are a true believer in Lisa’s message, you know that a philosophy of “lacking” or “scarcity” is not an option or a viable excuse. So c’mon. Send the girl a little sumpin-sumpin!! What are you waiting for? Operators are standing by….

Oops, I posted my answer to this blog in the one after this one! Which by the way does not surprise me at all – I mean the ghost-writting business. Most of what we read in papers and watch on the TV news is either made up or altered to fit their bias. I can attest to this because I’ve been on the other side of the coin.
