Hi, Lisa,
I didn't want your post today to get lost in a strange silence. There is something about the money issue that feels like a grip around our throats for too many of us. I feel it stronger than ever these days. We (my family) are experiencing a serious financial crunch and really wonder HOW we'll get through it, although in my heart I know we will get through it somehow.
Honestly, I've been feeling a little guilty for not having contributed to your wonderful effort with "money" even though you've mentioned more than once that you could really use some help in that regard. I've prayed for you and your readers so this blog could continue as long as it's needed, and I've blessed you with all my heart, but ... no monetary contributions.
My rationale has been that God will support you as long as enough of us are truly benefiting from your blog and putting what we learn to good use, but unfortunately we're still in that "transition" stage on earth where money is still needed even for things that bring us closer to God and to freedom from worries.

What can I say. I'll try to muster a modest amount, but in no way can I commit to a steady support. By the way, that was one of my initial 5 wishes - to be wealthy enough to be able to bless all the wonderful people and organizations I know of with the financial support they need to continue their work. But then I thought it better to wish for those people to be solvent enough to not need my help! And better yet, I wish for the world to evolve into a money-less society, everyone doing what their hearts leads them to do for the benefit of all ... but that's another book.

I do hope you are able to stay with us a while longer - you're touching a lot of people in a special way.
We love you, Lisa.
