And God Himself shall wipe away all tears.
“Father, unless I judge I cannot weep. Nor can I suffer pain, or feel I am abandoned or unneeded in the world.”
Wow. There’s a huge gift. I cannot suffer, or feel I am abandoned or unneeded in the world.
I have started reading A Course in Miracles again at night in bed before I drift off to sleep. I love this book, and I forgot how much peace and joy it brings to me every single time I open it up and read. Last night I was reading from the Teachers Manual:
How Do God’s Teachers Deal with Magic Thoughts?
And Workbook Lesson 73: I will there be light.
In the presence of God, the world disappears.
“God’s world is happy. Those who look on it can only add their joy to it, and bless it as as a cause of further joy in them. We wept because we did not understand. But we have learned the world we saw was false, and we will look upon God’s world today.”
A great lesson for me today, especially since I’ve been crying lately.
I was mistaken.
God Himself shall wipe away all tears. I wept because I did not understand. But the world I see is false, and I will look upon God’s world today.
