lisa sharing fearlessly as you do comes to someone who has reached a certain level of trust and safety through practicing forgiveness. Jesus taught in parables using example of every day lilfe in the new testament and also in the URtext with Helen.

In ACIM He states that you come to a point where you would no longer hide, even if you could. He also says that it is totally (my word) not helpful to deny that we are experiencing ourselves as bodies in the world.

Perhaps the person who requested this is having trouble exposing their every day path and lifting it up to light and is projecting that fear and discomfort on to you. YOU CAN'T GET TOO PERSONAL FOR ME BABY. I DOUBLE DARE YOU!!

When I read your first few blogs they seemed formal and I was having a difficult time relating to them. It was when you showed me how to live what Jesus is teaching me through every day life in time that I began a deeper understanding,
Thank you so much for being as you are!

God Bless

I think I understand where the writer is coming from, the one who thinks you should stick to the lessons. That's how I grew up - the teachers were in a separate strata, all wise and mysterious. In a way it would be less distracting if you stuck to the lessons, but it would also be a little cold, like Who-Is-This-Lisa-The-Untouchable. I think what you share of your personal life IS part of the lessons. It brings it all down to earth, to the stuff we touch and feel within our own individual lives. It demonstrates vividly how the lessons work for you in your life. If I had the guts to share details of my personal life perhaps others would benefit from my way of doing or not doing things and how I apply the lessons to my conditions. We are all in this soup together, all teaching each other whether we broadcast it or not. And what struck me about your comments today is that I too am beginning to realize that I don't need to set time aside to meditate or pray when I'm horribly busy, but what I do and the way I do it is a prayer in itself, every instant, and it produces results! It changes what the next minute brings. Fascinating, and so exciting.
I love you all.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess, because my favorite stuff to read on your blog are the things about your personal life. And yes, that is always infused with excellent teaching and insight. Keep on doing your thing! I love you, -Evan

Hi Lisa, What you wrote for your personal life always has love, teaching, etc. Like Sam's coming back (I'm so happy to hear that!) showed us a miracle God (also ourselves) gave us. Thank you! Love and blessings, June
