How could you be depressed, sad or angry with a lesson like this?
All power has been given to you. You are free to change your mind, free to create.
You are a miracle worker.
All power has been given to you in Heaven and on earth.
There is no need (or time!) for sadness or fear. It’s a tremendous waste of energy. Literally! It wastes your energy. It sucks you dry and then you wonder why you feel miserable.
It’s easy to patch up energy leaks and to consciously extend your energy and light. That’s really the difference:
-you are wasting your energy when it UNCONSCIOUSLY leaves you (self-importance, anger, defense, judgment)
-you are increasing your energy when you CONSCIOUSLY extend yourself.
You will feel the difference. When you start consciously thinking of yourself as light and energy and consciously make a decision to extend it, you will feel the power in it.
But if you start wallowing in your own guilt and sadness, I assure you:
a. it is unconscious
b. you’ll feel like shit
c. you’ll have no energy
So, given these choices … to be awake or to be asleep … what do you do?
Obviously, to be awake simply means that you are conscious and aware. That’s all! It’s not complicated. You became aware of your thoughts and actions. How simple.
To be asleep means to be unconscious, to be UNAWARE of what you are doing, to think you are a victim of events and people outside of you.
Once you are conscious that you have all power to change your mind, and that you know that God is with you, your life will change drastically.
A change of mind IS a miracle.
All power is given to you. There are no limits on your strength, your peace, your joy, nor any of the attributes God gave you in your creation.
Father, Your Will can do all things in me, and then extend to all the world as well through me.

I just posted about this about an hour ago on the yahoo group. how we were created with our mind activity to extend OUT. all of the things you just described today that are the opposite of that you once called “caving in on yourself.” It is quite unnatural for us to cave-in. That is why it is so painful. I hope this makes some sense, I am just knocking it around on a level of understanding.

I usually don’t write in this style, I just wanted to get something down in here to drive it more deeply in my mind. Lord knows I am barely holding onto the concept so I doubt I have any practical example.
Anyhow, I heard someone talking in paltalk and reading about KNOWING. We KNOW in a heaveningly state of mind. Once we are enlightened we no longer are perceiving. I am not sure how to say this, but something in my mind lit up. Our natural state is to extend from within. It is the most unatural thing EVER to be taking things IN. Does this make sense? Believe me, it barely does to me, but a little flickering has taken place.
Our minds are naturally in motion EXTENDING, the ego has us constantly PERCEIVING, taking things in. This is why my mind is upsidedown as Jesus calls it. Wouldn’t this actually make it insideout too?
PERCEIVE/PROJECT PERCEIVE/PROJECT=Duality HEAVEN=EXTENSION/CREATION, it only goes in one direction. Rember the Star Trek Voyager? The origianl one when they go warp speed in the cockpit? That is what just came into mind. One way, forward.
It’s like the mind is a natural row boater and it KNOWS and just rows along, THEN the ego came and started perceiving and the oars struggle in the WRONG direction. THAT is why it is so gosh darn painful.
