My gorgeous for god girl. Here is time ...knocking at what appears to be the end of something. I only see beginning. I have started to watch my collection of The Master Teacher videos that are available online from Endeavor Academy, reading the Urtext of ACIM, reading Gorgeous for God in our study group, doing the lessons daily, and reading your blog. A whole new vista has opened up for me and none of this would be possible if it wasn't for you, my love. Gorgeous for God has opened me up to receive and it is only now that I am able to do things that I was never able to do before. When God showed me where you were sometime in the middle of the year... I wasn't even doing the lessons and had not for years. But I had come to my end... literally. This abyss that was swallowing me up, in AA is called a 'bottom' and I had been in them before but not like this was. I know the characteristics of a spiritual bottom... and then I found you. You have saved my life. You have helped me more than anyone on earth. I have started to do what you talk about... reading aloud. And when I can remember to do it it changes everything. I cannot have a whole dialogue going on in the background of my no - mind and read aloud too. It is amazing. I have also started to feel a love for the course like I never ever dreamed possible. The Urtext of ACIM is simply glorious. The text when I read it with you in the classes is out of this world beautiful. I hear The Master Teacher and when He gives His bible class I weep with the love and innocence He has returned to my mind. I am whole and perfect as God created me ... and now I know so is everyone else. To have the past erased, never mind wiped clean it is just gone and was never there and the future is not even a thought ... it is in this present glorious moment that God is here with me and that I know I am His Son, complete and healed and whole, shining in the reflection of His Love. There was nothing to forgive or be forgiven for, it was just a dream... and I am soaking in the air of LOVE. Heaven is without contradiction. Here and Now. I love you, Lisa. I found it -- and you -- in the middle of your journey (I think lesson 229) and it touched me deeply. While I can not say that I have experienced the "instant" of shifting forever into a new and solid place, as I have not been consistent in doing the lessons each and every day -- I can say that I regularly do things I was not able to do before a friend told me about Gorgeous for God. Things like: * Tell people "I love you"-- and to mean it with all my heart . * Ask people if there is anything I can do to help -- and then listen and follow directions. * Feel love from what I once thought were total strangers. * Ask Jesus for help -- and then listen and follow directions. While I can not say that I have experienced the “instant” of shifting forever into a new and solid place, as I have not been consistent in doing the lessons each and every day — I can say that I regularly do things I was not able to do before a friend told me about Gorgeous for God. Things like:

* Tell people “I love you”– and to mean it with all my heart .
* Ask people if there is anything I can do to help — and then listen and follow directions.
* Feel love from what I once thought were total strangers.
* Ask Jesus for help — and then listen and follow directions.

I started the lessons yesterday again from the beginning. I am on lesson 2. This time I will finish. 2009 is my year. :)
