AWESOME!!!!!!
What has fear ever accomplished for you? If you look at it logically, you’ll see instantly that fear has never served you. So why continue to live in it? Why not just let it go?
I love the David Hawkin’s book Power vs. Force
it says Fear is 100 on an energy scale of 1-1000 (1 being near death, and 1000 being total enlightenment).
It says 80% of the human population lives below 200.
200 is courage. When you start to have courage, you’re in a really good place. This is where you begin to know the power that is in you. Neutrality is a place where you know no matter what happens you’ll be okay (“if i don’t get this job, I’ll get another). Then comes Willingness and Acceptance which is where the mass majority of Course teachers hang out.
500 is a major consciousness shift. It’s a place of fearlessness and love.
Here is the energy ranges according to David Hawkins:
20 Shame
30 Guilt
50 Apathy
75 Grief
100 Fear
125 Desire
150 Anger
175 Pride
200 Courage
250 Neutrality
310 Willingness
350 Acceptance
400 Reason
500 Love
540 Joy
600 Peace
700-1000 Enlightenment
Anger is a higher energy level than shame or guilt, and that’s the reason why when you feel guilty, you momentarily feel better when you erupt in anger. It’s because anger is higher on the scale. Keep going.
200 is a major consciousness shift point where power first begins to appear. You’ve left fear, desire (the level of needs & addiction), anger, guilt, shame, apathy, and pride behind. Congratulations!
500 is another major consciousness shift point
500 is characterized by a Love that unconditional, unchanging and permanent. It doesn’t fluctuate – it’s source isn’t dependent on external sources. It is a forgiving, nurturing, supportive way of relating to everyone and everything.
So today ACIM Lesson 310 is really a practice in getting to 500 level and above. That’s fearlessness and love. You stop being afraid. What could you possibly be afraid of? What’s the worst that can happen? Is it happening now? Or is your worst fear AN IDEA of something that is in the future or the past?
Usually when “the worst thing that can happen” actually does happen, it happens so suddenly that it blind-swipes you out of nowhere with no warning (lol) and so all your thinking about “the worst that can happen” is, in fact, a waste of time, because when the worst actually DOES happen, it happens so quickly that you don’t really have time to think. That’s Jesus for you. A nice disruption is always a good thing.
So, knowing this, why not just be fearless today? I LOVE IT. It’s so reasonable.
What would you do in fearlessness and love? What would today look like for you? What kinds of things will you do?
What do you really want to do that you’re not doing because fear is holding you back?
Do it.
In fearlessness and love I spend today.
