We talk about allowing everything to be exactly as it is, without trying to force being happy. If you’re not happy, don’t pretend to be. Just see what comes up for you, and if you don’t like the way you feel, decide if you can”choose again” a different way of responding and seeing.

A Course in Miracles is a systematic way to train your mind to see things differently. That’s all it. It’s about knowing yourself as God created you. It’s not complicated. It’s simple.
