Gorgeous for God is a way of being in the world, in Christ consciousness. It is a commitment to live with your eyes and heart wide-open with God as the center and trust as the foundation – to be fully ALIVE every day.
It is a commitment to BE as God created you – whole and perfect – living in joy, appreciation, gratitude and trust.
In summer 2009, I made two decisions that changed my life:
1. I’m done with conflict. I’m going to be happy, no matter what.
2. In every situation, I choose the joy of God.
GORGEOUS FOR GOD is about being the LIGHT and JOY and LOVE that you are, TODAY, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE, no matter what your body or physical circumstances look like.
TO BE ALIVE IN GOD EVERY DAY.
It’s about recognizing that WHO YOU REALLY ARE as Spirit and Love cannot be affected by things happening here in the world. I want to help people to START LIVING – to wake up out of their sleepiness – and not wait until they have a perfect life, or a perfect relationship or more money or more time. THIS IS IT.
How you are RIGHT NOW is perfect and God can use you now. Your life can begin to have meaning starting right now. Today’s the day.
I was always waiting for life to start, thinking I was going to get a miracle “some day” and then I could be happy. I was depressed, an alcoholic and a food addict. I was always in fear and I thought this was normal because everyone else around me seemed to live in fear also. Then I started to have AH-HA moments that I already received my miracles, but now I had to step into them and stop waiting.
With that realization, I started living every day in a constant state of gratitude, appreciation and wonder.
I’m author of 2 books:

And I have created a 40-Day Program for Transformation where I support and encourage those on the journey who need help and inspiration.

I like to eat and cook.
For years during high school and college and into my 20s I was a fun party girl. That progressed slowly (yet steadily) to alcoholism, in which I was seriously frightened for myself. I wanted to stop drinking, but I couldn’t do it. I tried quitting about 100 times, or more, dumping whole bottles of vodka down the drain, making huge promises to myself.
I’d stay sober for one month, or two months or three months. But then something would happen and I’d find myself back in the liquor store for more vodka. It was like being possessed. For the first time in my life, I understood what it meant to be powerless and to by gripped by obsession in which I really felt there was no hope for me.
I quit alcohol and stopped smoking cigarettes in March 2001. The Master Teacher, my teacher, said to me (about me, directly to my face): THIS ONE SEDATES.
And when he said it, something clicked. It hit me like a ton of bricks: “I’m drugging myself” I was numbing myself, sedating myself. No wonder I felt dead with no energy, and depressed. Right then and there, I stopped drinking and smoking. The desire just disappeared completely and has never returned. I also stopped using all medication, including even aspirin.
Through the practice of A Course in Miracles and with the help of Jesus Christ, all suffering, loneliness and sickness disappeared.
My life has completely transformed.

Teachers of God, there is much to do and we have been long delayed.
Heaven is a state of mind and is chosen consciously. It doesn’t take time. The Holy Spirit needs a happy learner in whom His mission can be happily accomplished.
