Gorgeous for God is a way of being in the world, in Christ consciousness. It is a commitment to live with your eyes and heart wide-open with God as the center and trust as the foundation – to be fully ALIVE every day.
It is a commitment to BE as God created you – whole and perfect – to live in joy, appreciation, gratitude and trust.
Here at Gorgeous for God, we believe in an all-loving God who knows ONLY LOVE, in Jesus Christ, and in the power of forgiveness. We recognize that everyone who walks this earth will undergo a transformation in which they remember the truth of WHO THEY REALLY ARE, as light and Spirit, connected with all things, one with the Mind of God and every human being.
As a response to this remembering and awareness, we’re showing up every day in our lives as LIGHT and LOVE and JOY and extending this to everyone we see, meet and think of. The real members of Jesus’ party are ACTIVE workers. There’s no set of rules to join this movement. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SAY YES! IN YOUR OWN HEART AND MIND. There are no qualifications. No rules. All you have to do is go love people, however you want, whatever feels right to you, whenever you want, wherever you want.
Hi, I’m Lisa. I teach people to make profound shifts in their life by moving out of human consciousness into Christ Consciousness, where all miracles occur.
My life was transformed by the grace of God and with the help of Jesus Christ.
If you have a willingness to see things differently, you can change your life.
In summer 2009, I made two decisions that changed my life:
1. I’m done with conflict. I’m going to be happy, no matter what.
2. In every situation, I choose the joy of God.

It’s about recognizing that WHO YOU REALLY ARE as Spirit and Love cannot be affected by things happening here in the world. I want to help people to START LIVING – to wake up out of their sleepiness – and not wait until they have a perfect life, or a perfect relationship or more money or more time. THIS IS IT.
How you are RIGHT NOW is perfect and God can use you now. Your life can begin to have meaning starting right now. Today’s the day.
I started going deaf when I was in the 3rd grade (I am now 43) and also without contact lenses I am practically blind, and without hearing aids I am about 90% deaf and I used to think I couldn’t serve God until I got “a miracle” which to me meant being healed of blindness and deafness, but a couple of years ago “I got it” and realized that WHO I AM is perfect. What God created is the light and joy and happiness and peace that is the Spirit of WHO I AM, and whatever seems to be happening in my physical world cannot stop me from being the happiness that I am that God created.
With that realization, I started living every day in a constant state of gratitude, appreciation and wonder.

I like to eat and cook.
For years during high school and college and into my 20s I was a fun party girl. That progressed slowly (yet steadily) to alcoholism, in which I was seriously frightened for myself. I wanted to stop drinking, but I couldn’t do it. I tried quitting about 100 times, or more, dumping whole bottles of vodka down the drain, making huge promises to myself.
I’d stay sober for one month, or two months or three months. But then something would happen and I’d find myself back in the liquor store for more vodka. It was like being possessed. For the first time in my life, I understood what it meant to be powerless and to by gripped by obsession in which I really felt there was no hope for me.
I quit alcohol and stopped smoking cigarettes in March 2001. The Master Teacher, my teacher, said to me (about me, directly to my face): THIS ONE SEDATES.
And when he said it, something clicked. It hit me like a ton of bricks: “I’m drugging myself” I was numbing myself, sedating myself. No wonder I felt dead with no energy, and depressed. Right then and there, I stopped drinking and smoking. The desire just disappeared completely and has never returned. I also stopped using all medication, including even aspirin.
Through the practice of A Course in Miracles and with the help of Jesus Christ, all suffering, loneliness and sickness disappeared.
My life has completely transformed.

Teachers of God, there is much to do and we have been long delayed.
Heaven is a state of mind and is chosen consciously. It doesn’t take time. The Holy Spirit needs a happy learner in whom His mission can be happily accomplished.
